By accessing this website or contracting HexiQ Technologies for development, consulting, and automation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws, and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using this site or our custom development services.
HexiQ Technologies designs and builds custom automation software, CRM solutions, lead generation pipelines, web platforms, and mobile applications. The scope of any development project is explicitly defined in a mutually signed Work Order, Proposal, or Service Agreement. Any adjustments, feature requests, or extensions outside the initial scope will require a separate change order.
To complete projects within agreed timelines, clients must provide timely access to necessary databases, cloud infrastructure, third-party API keys, copy, and media assets. HexiQ Technologies shall not be held liable for project delays, integration failures, or additional costs resulting from client delays in providing these assets or permissions.
Upon receipt of final project payment, full ownership and copyright of the custom codebase and digital assets delivered specifically for the project transfer to the client. HexiQ Technologies retains all rights to its pre-existing core frameworks, boilerplate code, reusable libraries, and general software components developed prior to or independently of the client's project.
In no event shall HexiQ Technologies, its engineers, or partners be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of revenue, profit, data, or operational downtime) arising out of the use or inability to use the custom software, cloud servers, or third-party integrations, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms of Service and any project contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any legal actions or disputes arising from our services shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in Andhra Pradesh, India.
