HexiQ Technologies provides highly specialized, custom-engineered software development, AI integration, CRM design, and automation consulting. Because our work involves custom codebases built specifically to client criteria and dedicated engineering labor hours, all payments and deposits are non-refundable.
Projects are divided into defined development milestones. Prior to initiating subsequent phases, clients are provided with access to staging environments to review and approve the current milestone deliverables. Once a milestone is approved and signed off by the client, the corresponding milestone payment is final and non-refundable.
Either party may cancel a development contract by providing written notice in accordance with the service agreement. Upon cancellation, the client will be invoiced and billed for all engineering hours, consultations, and code assets completed up to the official termination date, and any unused deposit balances will be settled.
While refunds are not offered, HexiQ Technologies provides a standard 30-day post-launch warranty support window. During this period, our engineers will resolve any bugs, system errors, or alignment deviations from the original scope of work to ensure stable production deployment.
Any modifications, new features, or scope extensions requested after a milestone sign-off are considered out-of-scope. These will be estimated separately under a change order and will not affect the non-refundable status of payments for completed milestones.
