All client data handled by HexiQ custom deployments is protected in transit and at rest. We enforce Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3) for all APIs and data transfers. Databases are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. Administrative keys, API tokens, and access credentials are strictly managed using secure vault environments and are never hardcoded into repositories.
We perform regular security reviews on all custom codebases prior to staging and production deployments. All software dependencies and third-party libraries are continually scanned for vulnerabilities. We prioritize the removal of deprecated packages and immediately apply patches to resolve known security threats.
HexiQ limits access to client hosting environments, staging databases, and third-party API portals to essential engineering personnel only. Access is strictly gated using the Principle of Least Privilege. Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is strictly required for all administrative logins, cloud dashboards, and source control repositories.
When working with client infrastructure (AWS, Vercel, Google Cloud, Salesforce, etc.), credentials are shared via encrypted password managers. Upon project delivery and milestone sign-off, we mandate that clients rotate all database credentials and API keys to maintain exclusive custody of their systems.
In the event of a suspected security vulnerability or system incident, we follow a strict containment and remediation workflow. Potential security issues in any system built or managed by HexiQ can be reported directly to our team at hexiqtechnologies@gmail.com for immediate investigation.
